Advanced Quality Alliance was awarded the 8(a) STARS II GWAC, which is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

AQA submitted its proposal for DHS Enterprise Acquisition Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) for Functional Category 1 (FC 1), Service Delivery within the Small Business Evaluation Track on February 23, 2011. AQA is a DHS- and SBA-approved Joint Venture between Strongbridge Corporation and Electronic Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS).

AQA is qualified and experienced in the skills and management practices necessary to respond to FC 1 Small Business Task Order solicitations and deliver the full range of systems and software development, operations and maintenance, and information technology (IT) technical expertise.

AQA member company ECS, is a successful EAGLE incumbent prime contractor that is currently delivering nearly $100M in EAGLE Task Order awards to DHS organizations.
